I am delighted to offer two preset packs, which I have developed to help Fuji X photographers make great black & white images from Fuji raw files
Each pack provides a fast, fun, and creative gateway to professional results - allowing you more time to shoot and less time spent hunched over a computer screen.
As you know, files produced by Fuji's APS-C sized X-Trans camera sensors are very special. And, getting the best from your Fuji RAW files requires some different approaches to post processing work. As a working photographer, Adobe Certified Expert and workshop leader, my knowledge and experience is invested in these presets. As such, whether you are a new or seasoned Fuji photographer, these presets give you a fast track to making great black & white images.
I use ACROS+R presets for X-T3, X-H1, X-PRO2, X-T2, X100F, X-E3, X-T20 and XT100 raw files. And, MONO R presets for all Fuji raw files, but tailored to X-T1, X100T, X-Pro1, X-T10, X-E2, X70, X-M1, and X-E1.
The presets quickly give me a head start to achieving the looks that I and my clients value in just one to three mouse clicks :-)
ACROS+R LIGHTROOM PRESET PACK - FOR FUJI X PHOTOGRAPHERS
(for use with Lightroom Classic CC and Lightroom CC only)
The foundation for these presets is Fuji’s renowned ‘ACROS’ black and white film simulation combined with a red filter (R)
This set of 20 presets is designed to help Fuji X photographers make great black and white images from FUJI RAW files (.RAF)
Compatible with raw files from Fuji’s latest crop of X-TRANS III CMOS sensor, 24 megapixel cameras (i.e. X-H1, X-T3, X-T2, X-Pro2, X100F, X-T20, XE-3, XT100.)
Compatible with Adobe Lightroom v6.4 and later, inc. Lightroom CC.
A flexible base for efficient, fun, and rewarding black & white processing and creativity.
Presets 01 to 12 provide 'looks' designed to cope with a broad variety of lighting conditions. Presets 13. & 14, provide two vignettes and presets 15 & 16 give two split-tone options. And presets 17 to 20 provide you with four grain effects to allow you to add the just the right amount of filmic atmosphere.
In a nutshell, you have a powerful palette of presets - with the ability to mix 'looks' with vignettes, split tones, and grain.
NB. The Acros film simulation is not available for Fuji's 16 megapixel X-Trans I & II cameras. The good news, however, is that I have developed a 'Monochrome R' preset pack (see below) for those of us who love our X-T1, X-Pro-1, X-T10, X-E2, X-E1 :-)
